«This is the best place in Batad. Owner is super hospitable and can help with everything you need in the town. If I am coming back to Batad I will stay here. The kitchen is very good, and the view from the terrance is splendid. I have a couple of minor suggestions in order to make the stay more comfortable for the guests: Some reviews comment about the bathroom - I dont understand why because it is quite good bathroom. «The advertised photos no longer represents the property, it is now run-down, unsafe, dirty and smells of sewage. They advertised a restaurant called Blue Mikey that is also a run-down place that is filthy! When checking in i looked over and it still had dirty pots and dishes from several days passed by appearances and along with dirt on counter. I have saw homeless encampments that looked better. Once i checked in and looked at the place i immediately turned around and left.»

«I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room.
