«The Lafayette Inn is a beautiful mansion, with lovely gardens, a welcoming entry and living area and fabulous staff. We were very pleased with our 3-night stay. Breakfast options were plenty and Kristen prepared the egg bites and pastries to perfection. The snacks, cookies, coffee, filtered water were amenities not often scene. The king room was comfortable and roomy. We highly recommend the Inn.»

«We really loved our two night stay at the inn. The innkeepers were super welcoming and attentive. The original (quirky?) decor was both personal and a welcome relief from boring corporate chain hotels or stuffy “colonial” inns. Our bed was comfy and we had a room with a loveseat, so we could relax there while watching TV. Chef/co-owner Mark Arnao makes a mean breakfast, so don’t skip the chef’s special! «We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was gourmet! Homemade waffles, bacon, a poached pear, arugula salad with kiwi and blueberries and homemade cinnamon scones with lemon curd and clotted cream! Decadent to say the least.
