«Stayed at Vineyard Cottages for five nights with our 2 year old son. Had a fantastic stay, very much thanks to the warm hospitality and beautiful surroundings. The cabins have a nice outdoor terrace on the front and in the back, beds are comfortable and the small details like really nice bathroom amenities made the stay perfect. The The Hunting Lodge vineyard wine cellar and restaurant is just next door and offers great food and tastings. »

«We 100% recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore this stunning part of NZ. Our only regret is not having more time to utilise the kayaks and take in the sights of the river.The house is very modern and comfortable and where very surprised with a well stocked fridge of homemade goodies for our breakfast the next day. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive to any questions and requests.Would love to return here soon. »

«Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos.»

«This is such a unique and beautiful cottage. The cottage is spacious, charming, and beautifully presented. All the extras the host provided (soft drinks, milk, coffee, bread, etc.) were a lovely touch and made the experience even more special. «Had a lovely welcome from Nicole's family dogs. Very friendly. We were also given a fresh home baked bread that was delicious. As it was still warm, we ate it straight away. «We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a close drive to all the things we wanted to see in the area. The space is bright and the country views are amazing!
