«Just a suggestion, but let your customers know info about the options on a tv = what is and isn't available. May need to gets some electrical outlets more secure to the walls or covers on some. Some structural issues can't be solved and place rented but I am sure they are more cosmetic than anything»

«This is our second visit to this property, and we absolutely loved it. Right in the heart of Helen, we parked our car and only needed to move it when we went hiking. We walked literally everywhere...to restaurants, biergartens, stores, gem mining, grocery store, etc. The unit itself was immaculate and very spacious for our family of 4. The property is in a perfect location, was clean and very comfortable, and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive. «Love the location of this unit. It's walking distance to most of Helen, while backed up to the river and peaceful at the same time. Everything was clean, well stocked, and the bed/furnishings are comfortable. Susan was quick to communicate with if you ever need anything. We already booked another year!»

«Getting there and getting in went well. Entered house and walked to back to view patio area and one of the blind attachments fell on the floor before we got there. We laid it on the TV stand. «The property was beautifully decorated and had a lovely view of Lake Sconti, golf green and covered bridge. It felt like we were in a private treehouse with a cozy atmosphere inside. There is delicious food at the Big Canoe Clubhouse, and at nearby restaurants. We enjoyed the Lucky Hare and the Old Mulehouse in Jasper. We'd recommend this property to anyone!»

Did find a few things that led me to believe the cleaning wasn’t the best. «Condo is lovely, met our needs and all the basic necessities were included. We were especially grateful for the coffee pods, having forgotten to bring our own. Everything was very clean. The location was not where I thought it was from the listing, which could have been my fault from not reading more carefully, but it’s about a 20 min walk, or 5 min drive into the heart of Helen.
