«Room service breakfast was 30min late, when we called to find out what’s happening with our service n their excuse was chef was busy. I ordered huevous rancheros and it consisted of 2 OE eggs, some black beans and 2 small corn tortillas. It was missing all the other ingredients. I expect good service, good food as well as good facilities- unfortunately we only got one of three. Also, was put in a single king suite instead of the two double that we cc reserved. «If you are looking at where to stay just book this place. You won’t be disappointed. We were very impressed with our stay. Beautiful luxury place. Staff were all very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Housekeepers did an amazing job. The spa services were amazing. Pay extra for a mountain view, you won’t regret. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here. »

«Nice staff, in both reception and resteurant. The standard of the hotel was far below what we expected of a Marrioott hotel. Small and cramped rooms. We ate two dinners, (due to the hotel being outside the city center), and both days there were several things on the menu that were missing, and the food we got was bad. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing.»
