«Hotel is on Allen Street which is a short cut/dragway for locals...very noisy street all night long! The other side of the hotel faces the parking lot/smoking area which can be very unpleasant if you have any reactions to cigarette smoke. TV package only carried one local network out of Burlington so up to date weather reports were unavailable during a statewide flood and tornado watch while we were there. Hotel personnel were great and breakfast was great...just a noisy smoky place.»

«We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The hotel staff was so helpful with whatever we needed, including excellent recommendations on what to do around. The location is great and we stayed the whole time within a 10 minutes drive. The only thing I missed was coffee in the lobby or coffee machine in the room. We’ll definitely be back if we are in the area again»

«Lovely hotel ( looks more like condos) on the edge of town surrounded by trees and green. Staff was very helpful and available early and late. We had a suite (highly recommend). Very cute town, good restaurants, farmers market on Saturday. We took the train from Rutland to NYC. It was a 2 hour drive from Albany.»

«Food was good, tasted fresh and cooked right away like a restaurant. He asked me what I wanted like at a real establishment , even took my order early . All homemade ingredients it tasted like. The room itself was clean also , and the staff I did encounter was very friendly as well. Parking wasn’t bad , no complaints there . «We ended up staying here unexpectedly while moving across the country. It was a stressful situation with a lot of unknowns, and Paven was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. His willingness to help and positive attitude made a difficult day much easier. We are very grateful for his hospitality and would gladly stay here again.»

«Beautiful setting and views, perfect venue for events. Personable staff were superb. The event dinners were excellent. Many activities are available. Cons: Room decor was tired. The food menu choices are limited. Breakfast buffet for $20 is the only choice and food was not good both days we ate there. Lunch was Ok. Suggest adding specials to menus.»

«I enjoyed the lake view and how peaceful and placid the surroundings. My kids enjoyed the kayak/canoe and the fire pit. The continental breakfast grab and go is good. We like that the unit has everything we need. We were able to cook since there’s not many restaurants in the area. The property has the restaurant but we can’t be going to the same place all the time. There was one night that we have to drive for 20 minutes to have dinner. Overall, it was a very good place to stay and relax.»

«Amazing hot pool, great staff, another marvelous stay very close to the mountain and plenty of other activities. Laundry room is clutch (coin operated machines, change available at front desk). The wife had an injury and wasn't able to navigate stairs all that well, the front desk was understanding and were kind enough to move our room to the main floor, requiring no stairs, while the elevator was being worked on. New ownership is busy making some upgrades and maintenance and hopefully the vibes ...
