«The grounds are beautiful. The room was lovely. We did have an issue with the thermostat and controlling the temperature. Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending. «The condo was spacious and well equipped. The continental breakfast was convenient. The views of the lake are breathtaking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was pretty good and we loved the live music.»

«Room wasn’t clean black mold in toilet. Furniture was worn. Beds were clean. Advertised having a restaurant and bar. Both were closed. The lock on the door was Not secure metal enforcement plate missing. Room should not have been rented. Ring an avid skier and frequent Killington I would NOT stay there again. Property needs a lot of work»

«The lady who greeted me at the desk was AWESOME. She noticed that I had parked in the handicapped space and offered me a handicapped room for the same price. It was a total relief since the new room had a walk in shower. Unfortunately, I couldn;t tell if it was the tiles or that the floor was just dirty, so I did not shower even tho the rest of the room was spotless.»

«My friends and I had a great time at The Greenbrier Inn while we were on a weekend trip skiing. I was able to book my room quickly and they had availability even the week before at exceptional pricing. Steve was very accommodating even when we got to the inn late Friday night. We called prior our arrival to make sure we could get our keys as the front desk does have its hours and were told specific instructions to obtain our keys. «Place is beautiful well kept rooms are clean nice sized. My only “complaint” was hot tub area which is fabulous opens at 10am, and we were leaving that day at 9. But that was a very minor inconvenience I will be back next year for sure! »
