Welcome to Orangeburg Street! This home will greet you with ample off street parking and a beautifully landscaped yard. The yard is anchored by a mature live oak tree, a staple in the Lowcountry. As you enter the home, you will be in the foyer adjacent to the stairs and garage. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the first level. You can also access the back yard. As you go upstairs to the 2nd level, you will enter the open living, kitchen, and dining space.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs. The living room features a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV.
The 3rd level has the 3 additional bedrooms. All four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
