«I guess I had high expectations but it smelled, the showers had hair in it and wasn’t clean So many things were broken and walking the sidewalks is no small task as they’re all broken up also There was a hole in the ground with an electrical box that was broken and uncovered my pup almost fell in it! Staff were not helpful at all and acted very short with answers Then there were people running the halls all night banging around waking us up 3/4x in the middle of the night!»

«We have always had a great experience at Casa Monica, but with this past stay, there was no hot water. The staff was informed but nothing changed during our stay. We were also given the wrong room at first. I booked a suite with one king, and my husband and I walked into a room with 2 queens. We were like nope, not going to work! They did find us another room but we did not get the suite like I had booked.»
