«Our stay at the Sand Dunes Motel was such a pleasant experience. The staff were so helpful and kind, the rooms were clean, and the beach view (even on the first floor) was stunning. The pool was also very clean, and the beach access was very convenient. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!»

«Its a typical beach motel. Nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable and clean but the bathroom was really dated and the sink and mirror area for preparing were tiny and not easy for three people to navigate. I had the two bedroom suite so you would have thought the area would have been much larger in the bath area, but it wasn't. «I expected a little better view of the water since it was so close to the river. We appreciated the Keurig coffee maker with pods since we weren't planning to buy food supplies. They gave very good suggestions about places to eat. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. We would stay there again.»

«Very overpriced. We were expecting more of a resort type hotel but this is not that type of property. It is more of a motel with a small restaurant in a separate building. The best thing is that it is right on the beach and that was nice. The rooms were clean but nothing like nice soaps or shampoos , just very basic supplies. «So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home.
