Welcome to Playa Rana, home of the finest properties right here in the heart of Virginia Beach. This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach. It is fully furnished two-bedroom condo that will sleep 6 comfortably, with two bathrooms, balcony, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV in every room, washer and dryer.

There is also a nice swimming pool and a charcoal grill at the pool deck for your enjoyment. Building offers off-street parking and coded access.
Condo is conveniently located only a short 1.5 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. Grocery store Harris Teeter is conveniently located across the street from condo for all of your shopping needs.
Master bedroom offers a king size bed, separate full bathroom, vanity with a mirror, TV and Wi-Fi, closet with washer and dryer as well as wooden dresser with night stands and lamps.
Second bedroom offers a queen bed and flat screen TV.
All bedrooms have room flat screen TVs with cable. The master bedroom and great room have smart TVs with Netflix and Disney Plus+, sofa that converts to a queen size bed, dining table with chairs, bar stools and a door to the balcony for you to enjoy the sun set and palm trees.

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. One complaint was the smell. We are both sensitive to air fresheners, the Glade plug in was over whelming. We didn't locate it for 2 days, when we did and put it in a bag under the sink it was much better. Also the sheets and towels were dried with scented dryer sheets. We washed the sheets, as I had brought my own detergent. The hallways of the building also smelled, but that is not anything you can deal with. The pool was not very well maintained. I skimmed before I swam, it is the end of the season so maybe this isn't done as often. The grill at the pool was not a gas grill. We didn't have charcoal so had to cook the steak inside. I wasn't sent the check in code before my arrival. I had printed the instructions to enter the building but didn't realize the code to the apartment wasn't on it. I called the person who was my contact. It took her 45 minutes to get back to me. Therefore, we had to sit outside after a long drive. She insisted an email was sent to me, I checked my spam etc. Nothing. She did send me the code. It could have gone smoother, she knew we were checking in that day, after 4:00. We got there at 5:30 and got into the apartment close to 7:00. The sign in code for the TV didn't work, luckily I was able to use my own Netflick's account and my friend had her U-Tube sign in. We enjoyed our stay in Virginia Beach. For the money spent it would have been nice to have things smoother.

The property is located a few blocks from the beach. It took less than 5 minutes to get there. Convenient location to the restaurants that we like to go to. Everything was clean. I appreciate that towels and linens were provided. The pool is a bit small especially when there are lots of people in it. We didn't use it that much since we spent most of our time at the beach.

Nice place, short walk to the beach and grocery!

We were in town for a sand soccer tournament and found this great little place. Literally across the street from the grocery and a short walk to the beach right in the middle of the boardwalk. Plenty of dining options nearby, easy parking and secure and quiet building. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect

I couldn’t have found a better place. It was literally a block and a half from the boardwalk. The condo is decorated so nice. Has a classy beach vibe going on. Place is quiet and I never heard any noise coming from anyone and the place was pretty clean when we arrived. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need for cooking ( pots, pans utensils, etc.). It was easy to enter and exit the building. Management sends you all the info you need. Also has a grocery store directly across the street! A big plus. I would definitely rent again in the future.

Long Weekend Girls Trip

I stayed here with a couple of girlfriends for the holiday weekend. The check in process was smooth and easy, the host kindly left us some waters and a sweet treat! Property was easy to find and no problems with the parking. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. We loved the close location to the beach (maybe a 5 minute walk) the chairs/umbrellas and wagon were a huge plus! Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops close by and within walking distance. There is a Harris Teeter directly across the street. We also took advantage of the Parlor Donuts! Grateful for our time here and would stay at this property again!

Lovely Virginia Beach stay!

Our stay at this property was great. The accomodations worked well for our party - two adult couples. The property was clean and ready when we arrived.The best part was the location - a short walk to Virginia Beach where the boardwalk was lovely.The location is great to reach Williamsburg, Fort Henry Lighthouse, etc. Local historical attractions which interested us. We did a whiskey tasting at the Tarnished Truth distillery and visited the Aquarium Overall rating is 5 star from us.

Awesome rental, convenient to everything

My family with two young children stayed in this condo for a week in early September. It was beautiful and so convenient to everything. Harris Teeter is literally across the street, and the beach is a very short walk away. It's a short drive to the aquarium, and within walking distance to other attractions. It was really nice that they have a wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas for guests to use. Those really came in handy! The pool was too cold to go in on most days, but that was expected considering the time of year we visited. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again!

Lovely condo close enough to the beach for elderly folks to walk to. Our Host, Karina, was very nice and extremely helpful when we needed assistance. We were unsure if there was a pull cart to load our beach items or grand children into for the beach but there was! The pool was great for my grandchildren. Also there were more beach chairs than we were told in this condo! Washer and Dryer were great. The flooring was nice. The living room rug could use a cleaning. The kitchen was well supplied for those who cook. Our 2 week family vacay was really nice. I definitely would go back here to this condo.

So much better than a hotel!

This was a perfect place for us. Having the 2nd bedroom allowed my husband to work in the morning without waking me up. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and other meals. It was very close to the beach. We have stayed at 2 other rentals in the past when we visited our kids and are hoping to rebook this place again.
