«Et bra hotell sentralt i Boston, men bør være såpass i forhold til prisen. Bra rom, med god aircondition. Flott bad, med rikelig med toalettartikler. Sentralt plassert i Boston. Noe forvirring i forbindelse med innsjekkingen, samt fikk også feil informasjon om frokosten. De sa på hotellet at det var buffet, men det var kun ala carte, og ikke spesielt billig. Hotellet kan absolutt anbefales om du får en god pris.»

«DO NOT BOTHER with paying for breakfast at this hotel. I booked a room and paid extra to have breakfast included. When we arrived and went to our first breakfast, we found out that this is NOT a normal hotel style breakfast. It's not a buffet, but rather a la carte. Not only that, but your "daily credit" is only 18 dollars. Almost everything on the menu is over 18 dollars. In addition you have to tip the staff. We were never notified of this when we made our booking, and not when we checked in ...

«The room is always clean, bathrooms are very well maintained and the staff is excellent! All of the front desk team is warm and friendly, particularly Darren who’s always helpful and kind. From Bob in engineering to the countless housekeepers everyone is a pleasure to see. Can’t beat the location and if you have a dog this is as dog friendly a hotel you’ll ever find. I stay here often and the worst part about it is check out day. Great hotel and very well run.»

«This is the second time we’ve stayed at the verb. We really do love the mid-century design mixed with the music decor. The outdoor pool is perfect, especially in the winter. The record players & albums really add something extra. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast included. The staff was consistently friendly and professional, with special thanks to S, Chris, Nick, Calvin, and Jeff at valet. Everything felt smooth from check-in to check-out. It’s the perfect location, and I have to highlight the room service. We’ve ordered almost everything off the menu and not one thing missed. I’m absolutely staying here again!»

«This was an ideal location, unfortunately we were there for the night for a procedure at Boston's Children Hospital. Right away walking in the lobby is bright, clean and warm. Off the the right was a fireplace, comfortable chairs and a great area if you need to work or read. The room was perfect with a great view of Downtown. The best part was the pool & whirlpool.
