«This place was incredible! From the deck you could see Swan Lake, the Olympics, the Salish Sea, Canada, and the San Juan Islands. There were tons of Eagles and Herons all over the place. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I recommend it for ANYONE!»

«My spouse and I stayed here with our two kids, 2yr and 5mo, and it was great. There’s a walk in closet in the bedroom which fits the cot so we were able to have our 2yr old sleep in a bit of a separate space which felt cozy to her. Our 5mo old slept in the pack n play in the main space which also worked well. We were in walking distance to everything in town and the host was very communicative and approachable. We could park our car right in front of the private gate and the area was very quiet ...

«I highly recommend the LoveJoy Cottage!! We really enjoyed our stay. The host was great, check in and out was a breeze. The cottage is in a great location. It had everything we needed for the perfect weekend getaway. The cottage was very clean, and really neat decorations throughout. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of "love and effort" into the place, and it shows. «We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay while on the island. I’m a frequent visitor to Whidbey, but usually stay with family. I wanted something close to them and this listing fit the bill. I’ve never stayed in such a well-appointed place. The house is modern, clean, and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. They thought of everything. The owner was responsive to one small issue about the Wi-Fi, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Green Door house.»

«This rental was very nice with fantastic views of Sucia & Matia Islands. The house is large with lots of sleeping options. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub utilized after some good hiking days. The sunny but cool spring weather allowed us to lounge by the wood burning stove. Having a truck, I opted to back down the narrow driveway which I thought was easier to manage. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home.»

«Very cute a-frame in pleasant neighborhood, home is totally private as it is surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs. Home is very clean and well organized, lots of amenities and I loved that there was no tv though the boys grumbled a little at first (they ended the trip saying it was nice to not have the tv)! Super quick drive to Maxwelton beach. Host is very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend this property if you’re staying on Whidby!»

«Great location, helpful staff. The hotel is centrally located in Birch Bay so everything you want is within walking distance. Beach Cat Brewery and The Beach bar are right beside the hotel for great eats, beverages and live music. The beach is literally across the street. Our one bedroom suite was large and had a full, well equipped kitchen with partial ocean view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. »
