«We checked in on Monday 15 June around 07:00 pm and checked out in 17 June 2026 around 09:00 am. Soon after we checked into Hotel and the room (around 08:00 pm) I noticed that the carpet had some stain and was sticky around the area towards the entrance of the first bed. «We chose this hotel because it has the kitchenette and we knew we wanted to be cost efficient on food and beverages. If I had known that they don’t do housekeeping everyday and that you must request it I never would have booked the room. On day 3 they stopped by while we were gone and restocked the coffee and hand towels, that was it, didn’t make beds, restock bath towels, (I had to go begging for more and get eye rolls like I was such an inconvenience) they definitely didn’t vacuum or do dishes ...

«The property was clean and decorated nicely with antiques, etc and sat on a nice area with trees and pretty views. The staff was ok, though not overly friendly compared to other places we have stayed. We liked that coffee was available 24/7. There is not an elevator so if you have heavy bags, you will want to stay on the main floor.»

I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. «Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again.»
