«Reggie was great and always spoke to you with a smile. While this is clearly an older hotel the could maybe use a small uplift, the staff kept things pleasant. »

«The staff working the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The only issue was with the sink in the bathroom. There was very little water pressure for the cold water. The other sink was fine. The ice machine down the hall from our rooms (3030 & 3032) did not work. There was also trash on the floor by the machine and a toilet plunger. This does not look good.»

«Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.»
