«The breakfast could have been a lot better and the lady looked like she was mad about her life choices every morning. We say good morning and she says nothing back. We are from the south where saying good morning is a common thing but I guess it’s not in WI … they decided to paint the hallway while we were there and didn’t post signs and I got paint on my sleeve.. other than that the hotel was clean… it was nice. No real complaints»

«Room key kept resetting, had to visit front desk 4 times to reset the key card to get access. Headache when told it should work and it didn’t. Overall, service and staff was friendly.»

«Stayed only one night as we were passing through on our way to the UP. The hotel was nice and clean, and everyone was friendly. The breakfast was good with many options. The gym is very small with a few treadmills, pully machine, and a few free dumbbells. Ok for a quick workout. I would stay here again when in the area»

«Good location, easy parking and very nice lobby. Gym was disappointing. Most staff were very helpful and friendly. Wonderful bed and rooms. So-so for sounds at night - a lot of wedding celebrations during our stay. Excellent but expensive breakfast. Our server was above and beyond. Good coffee.»

«Restaurant was nice. Did not dine there as I had other plans while I was in town. Cafe and gift shop had odd hours and were never open while I was in the hotel. Rooms were nice, but the king bed rooms were very tight, and there was not a lot of space for suitcases and walking around. Granted, I did not select the upgraded rooms, which were larger. Access to self-parking was easy and covered. Lots of food options within walking distance.»

«We especially enjoyed the breakfast available whereby patrons were provided with a voucher worth $7.50 per guest at their lovely restaurant, which offered a creative menu as well as a beautiful, sweeping views overlooking Lake Michigan. The room itself was large, beds were comfortable and staff were friendly upon check in. Great experience!»

«The included small watermark was definitely the highlight of our stay. Our kids really enjoyed it. They do allow the public to use the waterpark so after 12pm it does get pretty busy, at least on a Saturday. Breakfast was the standard free breakfast. My biggest complaint is the beds. They were all so hard and uncomfortable. The pull up couch mattress was like a sheet over hard metal springs.»
