«Stayed and visited numerous times. I was unable to find any information about opening times concerning the brewery and restaurant. I assumed restaurant would be open from our previous visits. Unfortunately, Restaurant and bar close at 4 and not open Thurs night. In order to eat we had to travel 20 minutes so instead we travelled 40 minutes back to our previous nights' accommodation that had everything we needed including a large TV and more importantly a restaurant . «The communication from Bicheno by the Bay was exceptional, making our check-in and checkout very simple (even considering we arrived after their reception had closed). We were given a larger room than we had booked, which was really lovely. It was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. It's situated in a great location close to all the local attractions and facilities (like the IGA). They provided a map of the local area and recommendations for where to go. «Whilst the reception staff upon arrival where fantastic, we were advised of several access point closures meaning we had to cart luggage through the deck and dining room then up stairs. Quite difficult with luggage. Further, to leave we had to go an even longer way out with another flight of stairs as the reception and dining area is locked on Sundays. Luckily I was able to help my Mum with her luggage and weather was fine but very disappointed at the lack of up keep and access. »

«We stayed for one night in a 'boutique studio' while exploring the Tamar Valley area. We weren't aware that the resort is located in a little Swiss themed village, but it was quite charming - and the candy shop on site is worth a visit. Our room was basic, but had everything we needed and was very clean. The location is convenient for exploring the Tamar Valley, and also close to Launceston. A big minus is that wifi is only available in the hotel lobby and the restaurant. All in all, I would say ...
