«Got there earlier than my check-in and didn't realize that check-in wasn't until 4pm. We had a graduation diner to attend and had been on the road for 8 hours. We needed to get ready and get out of the car. The staff helped out and let us check-in almost two hours early. Room was clean with plenty of amenities. Staff very helpful and courteous. Casino was clean and had plenty of games to choose from. Won a little lost a little. Had a good time.»

«No fridge in room. Had to crawl under table to plug the room coffee maker in. No clock in room. Asked front desk about 4:30 pm (right after check in) for a clock. Was told no housekeeping people was there that day, so could not get us a clock. Couldn't order anything made for breakfast, as their exhaust fans didn't work, so they could not cook. This is the 5th or 6th stay here over past 2 years. Each time it's "something". Probably won't return. To many other Casino / Hotels in the area, ...

«Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium. The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above. Thank you»

«This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). They also have a hotel shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Will ...

«It was a bait and switch. The signage was a rusted and busted Budget Inn with no Rv park anywhere. They never asked for id. They wrote a door code on a piece of paper. It didn't work, they had to reset the code. There were no table, dresser ot lamps. The sheets were curtins they sewed the rod pocket shut We left, no refund was given. »

«The front staff checking in was not helpful and had a little attitude about nothing, but the staff on duty when I checked out was fabulous. The drink stations were not kept up. Coffee was out, sugar was everywhere, that area looked dirty. The gaming floor was clean and they do have plenty of games to play. I spend a lot of time at Choctaw Casinos so was really excited to try Cherokee, but from this experience, I will probably stick to Choctaw if I am wanting a weekend getaway but wouldnt mind ...

«Room was clean and organized and staff were friendly! Unfortunately pool was closed at time of visit but not sure if that could have been helped. Breakfast wasn’t high quality but nothing terrible, inconsistent between days though. Be careful about check out times though - booking said 12, but in person it turned out to be 11.»

«More than $500for two nights that’s not worth it, the first night someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night, I can hear people walking upstairs. No hot breakfast, just bagels and boiled eggs., and the most important to me is there is no glass or cup in the room, only soft plastic cups.»
