«I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly unacceptable.
The cleanliness was extremely poor. In the first room, the chair was dirty, there was dust on the floor, and both the bed sheets and towels were unclean. After requesting a room change, the second room was not much better — the towels were still dirty, there were oil stains on the bed sheets, and even greasy handprints on the bathroom door. Housekeeping standards here are simply terrible.

«Great location. Fast access to the beach. Always very clean. We are always greeted by Cesar. Isaiah in check in is very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. I loved my massage by the beach and it the price was very reasonable. This is our 4th time staying there. Housekeeping is always very attentive. »
