«Dated hotel and rooms. Grab and Go breakfast was meager. Staff were friendly but did not go out of their way to accommodate...and there were not many guests in the facility. Due to limited options for hotels in the area, would likely use again. Another hotel in town was double the cost.»

If they have a gym, I didn't see it. Perhaps it's on the second floor? Breakfast is included; and it's really pretty good. My companion noted that the egg omelets all seemed to include cheese. «Room was clean and spacious. The property is not all in one building. We stayed at the main house but breakfast was served in the other house. Something to keep in mind. The service at the restaurant was good, and lots of breakfast option. »

«Was what was promised - clean room, nice staff, convenient access, good communications about what to expect. Cool option of the "largest candy shop in VT". Home made chocolates were great. My only concern had to do with Expedia, which didn't share my phone number to text, rather than email, my access code.»

«The bathroom sink drain was stuck. Not much soap, air conditioning was intermittent, shelf in the bathroom was gone. Building was in need of repair. We stayed here in 2022 and thought it was a nice place, it has gone down hill. Don't know if we will stay here again.»

«The property was beautiful and has great beach access! Also had a wonderful swimming pool and multiple areas to sit around a fire or just hang out. Plenty of grills on the property as well! The inside of the room was clean and smelled nice. The floors were dirty and I couldn’t walk around barefoot without them getting dirty. There were no tissues or napkins/paper towels of any sort the only paper product there was toilet paper. Could at least use tissues. Otherwise no complaints the staff were ...

«OMG! What is this place even? No a/c and the fan just circulated the warm air which is not helpful at all. I slept on a twin bed for the first time in my life. I got a room with 2 twin beds. Apparently that’s an upgrade. I paid close to $200 for this. Everything looked like it was designed for an 8 yrs old kid. Sink and toilet are way lower than usual.
