«Dated hotel and rooms. Grab and Go breakfast was meager. Staff were friendly but did not go out of their way to accommodate...and there were not many guests in the facility. Due to limited options for hotels in the area, would likely use again. Another hotel in town was double the cost.»

«The property was beautiful and has great beach access! Also had a wonderful swimming pool and multiple areas to sit around a fire or just hang out. Plenty of grills on the property as well! The inside of the room was clean and smelled nice. The floors were dirty and I couldn’t walk around barefoot without them getting dirty. There were no tissues or napkins/paper towels of any sort the only paper product there was toilet paper. Could at least use tissues. Otherwise no complaints the staff were ...

«I love staying at this historic hotel. Ive stayed there twice. It is located near the center of Middlebury so it is near to stores and restaurants. I was visiting family so I didn’t try the onsite restaurant and spa and I didn’t use the a/c since the weather was mild. The beds were very comfortable. I will stay there again. It is a good value.»

«The bathroom sink drain was stuck. Not much soap, air conditioning was intermittent, shelf in the bathroom was gone. Building was in need of repair. We stayed here in 2022 and thought it was a nice place, it has gone down hill. Don't know if we will stay here again.»

«Lovely place to stay. Confusion over breakfast which was not provided that morning was fixed with a refund. Got lucky the restaurant which according to the website was supposed to be open and wasn’t, actually had the chef in house so we did have dinner. Food was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend staying here when restaurant is open.»

«I enjoyed the lake view and how peaceful and placid the surroundings. My kids enjoyed the kayak/canoe and the fire pit. The continental breakfast grab and go is good. We like that the unit has everything we need. We were able to cook since there’s not many restaurants in the area. The property has the restaurant but we can’t be going to the same place all the time. There was one night that we have to drive for 20 minutes to have dinner. Overall, it was a very good place to stay and relax.»

«Clean and comfortable. Not too expensive. Location, location, location! Convenient to everything you're likely to want to do in Ticonderoga. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities. If they have a gym, I didn't see it. Perhaps it's on the second floor? Breakfast is included; and it's really pretty good. My companion noted that the egg omelets all seemed to include cheese. I guess if you're lactose intolerant that could be an issue- probably the hot foods should be labeled. The restaurant / bar ...
