«The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. «We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane.
We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens.
We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes.

«This was by far the best all inclusive I’ve ever stayed at. If you like fresh food that a some Jamaica flair to it you will love this hotel. All of the staff were beyond friendly and would go out of their way for guests. Incredible service. The room was beautiful, updated, luxurious and clean. I typically don’t go to many places more than once but I’ll be back to this hotel. »

«Our overall experience was incredible. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly throughout. I never had any negative interactions with anyone. They were always able to accommodate my requests, no matter how big they were. The constant use of “my pleasure” by everyone was truly remarkable.
