«Staff could be a little bit more pleasant. Food was below average except for Sugar Cane. The day of check out, we had 4 group of staff members that came to our door started from 8:30 to 10 reminding us that check out is at 12. Which to us was unnecessary since we knew that we were supposed to leave anyway. We had dirty glasses that stayed in our room for 2 days. It was so bad that ants was all over it. For a place that been open for only 5 years, they need to do better.»

«Check in was easy and fast, bellman were super nice and friendly. Room was spotless clean. Amenities were awesome. Food delicious. The only complaints I have is that at check in I was never informed about the light outside my door needing to be green to receive housekeeping, found out later on & still didn’t receive housekeeping even after i requested it. Housekeeping came & forgot towels which took several hours to get. Also there were a few staff members who I felt like were rude, especially ...

«I had a pleasant stay overall. The personnel were genuinely helpful and accommodating throughout my visit, which made the experience comfortable. My only complaints are that the entertainment wasn’t Jamaican—it was mostly American music, which took away from the local vibe I was hoping for. Also, the private nudist island was only open one day during my week‑long stay, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.»
