«We checked in late at night and when we arrived there were two women working the counter but only checking in one person at a time. So I had To wait because the person in front of me didn’t have a reservation and was trying to get one. Second, the room was falling apart. Literally! The beds, the floors and the walls were all falling apart. The air conditioning never really kicked on and we were hot all night long. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the staff wasn’t wearing gloves at all to move ...

«The hotel was easy to get to, close to the beach, and the rooms were clean. The elevator was out of order all 4 days were were there. I had booked 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms were split on 2 floors. The refrigerator in the room on the 2nd floor leaked and we had to change rooms, again. We had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and wash clothes, no room service. There was little to no food out when we went for the free breakfast. «I needed a place for a business trip & most rooms were sold out in the city because of the TPC tournament. Staff was great & the hotel was clean. Landscaping/grounds need some attention & it appeared that new hot water heaters were getting installed. Property is older & appears to be going through some maintenance or renovation. Not my first choice but grateful it was available.»

«For the second time staying in the same room we were assigned a room where dogs had been and the smell was very bad. We don’t have dogs and don’t think people without dogs should be assigned these rooms. We will stay elsewhere next time.»
