«Nice place, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, great taste. Complementary water and coffee are a plus.
I can rate the breakfast since there was none.
It was a very cold night and the little heater wasn’t enough to warm the room, but other than that everything was great. »

«The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. It was very quiet. The surrounding area was beautiful and we loved the coffee bistro located on site. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and residential. It is such a unique and very special place. I will definately book the next stay in Santa Rosa, FL»

«Such a charming and historic home. The breakfast was simple yet delicious. The amenities were very adequate and well done. We really enjoyed looking at all the features found through out the home. Barbie was an excellent hostess. The only thing I wish I had a chance to do was talk with her a bit. We met some new friends while at the BB during breakfast which was awesome.
Room was clean, quit, charming, and comfortable. We were very impressed and will be staying again. »

«Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!»

«Becky our hostess was remarkable! My husband and I were intrigued by our first stay at a bed and breakfast. Becky made our stay warm and enjoyable. We met some wonderful people who were also guests and we bonded well. We made some very positive connections while staying at Becky’s Millouse Bed and Breakfast in Quincy!»

«I am so happy I found this little pearl when looking for a place to spend the night in Gainesville with my better half. The create and focus to details goes through the entire property. Each step into a new space was an experience of aesthetic in it self. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was wonderful, and everything was just a very pleasant and positiv experience.»

«Room was spacious, cool decor and in the middle of town. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The innkeeper was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was basic but that's not what we came for. It is the one of the oldest hotels in Florida so it has a ton of character. »
