«I really enjoyed staying in this peaceful cottage, this is the second time I have stayed here. I slept very well in the comfy four poster bed and it's lovely not being troubled by light pollution. The coastal path is very close, and also a beautiful walk through the wooded valley to the waterfall. I had the option of using the log burner but found the cottage was cosy enough. There is lots to see and do in the area, but I chose to walk from the cottage every day, sketchbook in hand. I hope ...

«This quaint cottage was perfect for 2 couples. We loved being steps away from the beach and very close to all the amenities in St Ives. The property was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is the parking spot is a distance away because of the old town. So anyone with mobility issues might consider that. There are cabs for hire if needs be. Would recommend, it was perfect for us.»

«We booked a week at the lodge for our honeymoon. On our arrival we thought the location was amazing, so picturesque, sat in front of a lake. As we entered the lodge another surprise awaited us.. a Cornish cream tea, lovely, and was really appreciated. Everything about the lodge was perfect, spotlessly clean, very, very comfortable, couldn't fault it. The owners were extremely friendly and so obliging. We would highly recommend it.»

«The property was great. Unfortunately when we arrived the property had not been cleaned after the previous let. We advised the contact we had been given, and this was done straight away. She was very responsive, and had just returned from holiday, so was not sure what had happened. However this meant that we could not check in properly until 3 hours after we arrived. »

«great position for access to Port Isaac and walking locally and good drop off and parking. Owners came to check we were OK which was kind. well appointed and we were very comfortable.»

«A beautiful property, fantastic location and great amenities.There was only one thing we were not happy about and that was the mattress on the smaller doubled bed, this really needs replacing, my daughter and son in-law found it to be very uncomfortable feeling all the springs and the bed frame. They did not get much sleep because of this.»
