«The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies.»

«The cottage was very nice. Showers are very touchy. Also the upstairs bathroom has very slippery floor, need a mat that has a rubber backing. Being a senior, I almost fell due to the floor. «Nice property the owner might want to say that there are 17 steps to the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but my wife was a little unstable from a recent surgery and had a little trouble with the stairs as they are quite steep.»

«We had a wonderful stay at this Payson property. The host, Traci, was extremely communicative and helpful; any questions I had via text were answered within minutes. The house is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, and has so many different areas to relax. A nice back deck with a large table and gas grill, a large dining table inside, large living room with a fireplace, a large front porch with rocking chairs, and a “game room” downstairs with a giant TV and lots of board games and card ...
