Leider war die Parksituation nicht gut und wir mussten die Straße hoch auf einem
Öffentlichen Parkplatz stehen.
Ebenso war der Check-In nicht gut, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war und uns unklar war, was zum Hotel gehört. Am Ende musste man sich im Restaurant melden dafür.
WLAN funktionierte leider auf unserem Zimmer nicht.

«The location was very good, especially for going on different excursions around Madeira. Breakfast was a highlight – nice selection and tasty options that we really enjoyed.
Parking was a bit cramped, and the overall standard of the hotel felt somewhat outdated and in need of an upgrade. That said, the facilities and room still felt clean and fairly well maintained, which we appreciated.

«Most of the staff did not seem friendly/helpful at all which was strange as every other of the hotels i stayed in during my stay at Madeira that was the number one thing.
The room (atleast where i was) gave a real 'The Shining' vibe. The bathroom was relatively modern but the rest of the room was too outdated. Not something i really care about but this poor carpet is praying daily to be changed..
Spa was great, small but did the job and looked good. Resturant on site which i did not use. ...
«A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. Everything was clean and of a high standard, with a great sea view. It was lovely to be able to swim in the sea, and the pools were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and many new items every day. The best part was the man who made fresh omelettes daily, increadibly service-minded, smiling and friendly. «Was met at the airport by the owner, who took me for a drive around the village to show me where everyrhing was before settling in. He was very attentive and informative throughout my stay. The quinta is set in an extensive garden which was beautiful even in November. Can only imagine what it looks like in the spring and summer! A great base for walks in every direction. Recommended!»
