«A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. Everything was clean and of a high standard, with a great sea view. It was lovely to be able to swim in the sea, and the pools were clean and well maintained. «Most of the staff did not seem friendly/helpful at all which was strange as every other of the hotels i stayed in during my stay at Madeira that was the number one thing. The room (atleast where i was) gave a real 'The Shining' vibe. The bathroom was relatively modern but the rest of the room was too outdated. Not something i really care about but this poor carpet is praying daily to be changed.. Spa was great, small but did the job and looked good. Resturant on site which i did not use. ...
