"Great location and clean hotel. If you are travelling with allergies or dietary restrictions please be aware that while the breakfast buffet has a great selection, the staff does mark the food with allergy information. One family member had a severe allergic reaction in the breakfast area during our stay, and had to travel to the hospital for treatment. We informed several members of staff in both the breakfast area and the reception about the incident and requested that they marked the food with allergy information, but sadly did not see allergy marking before travelling back home. A bit disappointing that the hotel did not follow up on the request or the family member after a serious allergic reaction on their location. The cleaning staff was wonderful and always doing a perfect job."

"The Peninsula hotel Beijing is in itself a remarkable manifestation of the savoir-faire of excellent hospitality. When you settle in your suite, you find that every need that might arise during your stay is already catered for; you just have to decide when. The staff was always very polite and attentive, and made sure that our stay was both excellent and unforgettable. The location of the hotel is superb; only 15 minutes walk to the Forbidden city, and close proximity to both shopping and restaurants."

"Hotellet ligger en liten gåtur fra en av de største handlegatene. Hotellet er rent og delikat med meget hjelpsomt personal. Før ankomst ble jeg kontaktet, og tilbud om guidede turer og annet jeg måtte ønske. Concierge Tom var meget hjelpsom gjennom hele oppholdet veldig fornøyd!"
