«The room was beautiful and large. Breakfast was a full breakfast with a huge selection of items. Area grounds were beautiful and the owners were very responsive. Nice location, quiet, easy to get to but not far from town. We visited during spring and the flowers were all in bloom. They had a pool but was too cold time of year.»

«Please be aware that this could potentially end up a dangerous situation for solo travellers. This is not private accomodation and the house has other two bedrooms containing another unknown guest and the owner who may or may not be home. This is not clear in the advert. The house was clean and tidy and the host was a good communicator.»

«This place is literally a gem, the pictures dont do justice to the place. We got a room that was totally perfect and felt like home, bathroom was newly renovated. Totally spotless bathroom and bedroom. All necessary items were there. Wifi speed was really good, and best we got in any hotel/motel in NZ.
It is 20 mins away from hobbiton movie set. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Loved the place. Totally recommend it. »

«Kitchen very good and well equipped. Did not use the pool. The host left me to attend my activities in the area but gave me the mobile phone number if required.»
