The cleaning staff, her name is Emine, always made sure the room was clean and really nice. She is so friendly, polite and a super employee.
Thanks to Yusuf and Emine I have no problems to consider staying at this hotel again in the future.
Hotel Occidental are lucky to have them.

«Loved it! Amazing staff. So clean. Accomodated my every need. They literally had everything at the hotell. Great food, hairdresser, spa, patisserie, sushi. Security made us feel safe. Parking right outside. The spa was amazing. And all the small details just made everything feel so luxurious. I want to go back to Ankara just because I want to spend another night at the Divan.»

«I booked a room with 3 beds for 2 adults and a child, when we arrived they said they just see the 3 beds in their system but, don’t see a child. Asked what’s the point that you see that I booked 3 beds, they just act like that they don’t understand. Long story short I ended up paying extra 1000 Turkish Lira per night. Do yourself a favor don’t book it.»
