«Yusuf was an excellent employee at this hotel and provided a fantastic customer service way beyond his responsibilities. He made this hotel feel like a home among friends.
The cleaning staff, her name is Emine, always made sure the room was clean and really nice. She is so friendly, polite and a super employee.
Thanks to Yusuf and Emine I have no problems to consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

«The housekeeping was not great. They come super late in the evening. Some days they would make the beds but not take the room service trays away. We would need fresh towels daily cause they on my give 2 towels. And the shower floods because of the slanted shower floor. Room service staff was rude on several occasions. I noticed that when ordering over the phone they place orders for the more expensive item when there’s 2 of the same items.»
