This spectacular 1-bedroom unit is on the fourth floor. It has a wide-open view from the kitchen and living room with a nice open space to enjoy with friends or family. Dine while watching the sunset. The unit features floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful Caribbean ocean views and amazing nightly sunsets.

It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The bedroom also includes a new sitting storage bench. The living room boasts a brand-new sofa with a pull-out queen bed. The unit is freshly painted and beautifully decorated for a modern, welcoming atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen now includes an updated backsplash and all utensils needed for your meals and more. Every room has a new TV: a 55-inch in the living area and a 44-inch in the bedroom. Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit and the property.

Apartment located in Blue Residences, a condominium complex along Eagle Beach in Aruba, one of the most beautiful and friendly islands in the Caribbean, also known as One Happy Island.

Great views, easy access, very short walk to the beach. Great restaurants nearby.

Well organized, self explanatory.Everything you need in a kitchen. Did not cook besides coffee in the morning. So many awesome restaurants.

Beautiful unit with fabulous views

This unit was absolutely wonderful to stay in. It was completely stocked with everything you could need or want, two beautiful large pools with plenty of lounging beds and chairs, conveniently located to Eagle Beach a half mile away and a restaurant strip about a mile away, on the public. Us line, a smaller beach across the road. We enjoyed several excursions in the concierge at the Blue residence was so helpful in review on the arranging them for us. Everyone was kind and eager to help us. It was a wonderful stay. day.

Beautiful condo, and property

All was great in general. The Owner very responsive, the property clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the view every morning and sunsets in the evening. Minor things that could push the experience to 5/5 would be maybe a 20-30 minutes onboarding, like for the property, gadgets and TV cable and how to work them. Also, some of the sheets were not washed and there were hair in them and in our pillows.In our 10 times visits in Aruba I’m used with the Condo Owners securing beach chairs and coolers, not in this visit. We had to work with two companies to rent coolers, chairs and umbrella. Not only did this take extra time to coordinate, receive and return these items, it also cost more.The other last thing, I don’t understand why the parking spot assigned is in front of the other building, far away from Turqoise at least 100m or more.Overall I’ll give a 4.0.I would go back, no doubt.

Awesome condo for two!

Beautiful views! Awesome quiet beach with lots of shade across the street! Nice pool! Walk to eagle beach or palm beach shops/restaurants. If you want a nice condo in Aruba stay here!

Property is located nicely between Eagle and Palm beaches offering two different experiences. The apartment was as advertised, clean with good facilities. Would recommend if you like an independent type vacation.

Quiet getaway

Condo was just perfect for my solo trip. The entire condo area was quiet and the pool area was very relaxing. Short walk to a small beach across the street. Eagle beach was a good 10min walk for me. Palm beach was more like 15mins. The condo was clean and had everything I needed. The view of the ocean and the big windows when I walked into the living area was amazing! You could walk to the palm beach downtown area but taking a cab was only $7 and it was super easy to flag one down at the end of the night too. For me the whole condo area was more low key and quiet. Definitely not a lot going on which I preferred. Everyone was so friendly including the staff. One particular woman at the front desk was BY FAR THE MOST HELPFUL AND NICEST person I think I’ve ever met. I forget her name and feel horrible but she alone is a reason I would come back to these condos. I would have preferred a balcony but didn’t really think about it when booking but no big deal for my first trip. I wasn’t a fan of the couch but I honestly only sat on it once. That’s probably my only complaint. I did use the gym so that was nice. There was a 24hr security guard at the gate which was an added bonus and all were very friendly. I arrived about 2hrs early for check-in and went to their sister condo nextdoor and had lunch while I waited. They had the room ready for me in less that hour which was so nice! Overall the condo, the area it was in, and the people were just perfect for me!

Property was lovely and our stay was wonderful The listing I booked was with a private deck and upon check in the manager also mentioned the non-smoking out on the deck. However our unit did not have a deck. We also found that the blender on the counter did not work so we advised the manager and was told that a new one would be sent over. Another was never received

First time Visit to Aruba

We enjoyed our first visit to the happy island. I loved the location of the Blue Residence. We explored the entire island with ease. We were close to Super Foods, the hotel Hi rise and Eagle beach. The condo has a beautiful view and serves your basic needs. Thank you

Good location, just as described.

It was just as described. Beautiful view. Had everything you needed. It was close enough to everything but we rented e-bikes to avoid feeling limited to walking distance, which I highly recommend. The clothes washer and dryer are tiny, the dryer took forever and left rust stains on our clothes so I would only use it to refresh your towels. The grounds are beautifully kept and all the staff warm & friendly. We would stay here again.

Aruba vacation

My husband and I stayed at this unit for a week in January 2023. The 1 bedroom condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well equipped and with a beautiful view. Checkin/checkout was easy. We had a late checkout at no extra cost, which was helpful for a later flight. Location was good as well with beautiful beaches close by. A nice walk/cycling way right in front of the condo which was also lit at night made it ideal for running, walking or cycling.

Great little condo on the beach!

This was a really fantastic stay for one week with me and my partner. The staff at Blue Residences were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The condo was perfect for 2 people - comfy bed and fabulous views of the ocean every day. The pool was perfect and just a few steps from the condo was a nice beach to enjoy the water.
