Car recommended but is short walk to beach and major hotel resorts through the neighborhood.
There are three bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the pool house. The shared space on the second floor has a work space as well as a day bed.
This home has a sunken living room and steps going both up and down. This includes into bedrooms on the main level.
