A casa fica em um condomínio, porém é indispensável alugar um carro para se locomover na ilha. A(o) anfitriã (o) foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Me hospedaria novamente.

Our family would definitely stay at Diamante 15 again. The townhouse was clean and cool. We prepared many of our meals at home. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked and we appreciated the BBQ. When there were minor issues, the Casiola staff was quick to respond.
Gold Coast is a beautifully maintained, lush gated community.

A casa é muito boa, tem tudo o que precisamos, limpinha, nos atendeu super bem! O condomínio é seguro, não muito longe da praia, tem piscina, academia e restaurante. Gostei muito do local e dou nota 10!

The property was in a great location and the staff of Casiola was very responsive to minor issues. The property was clean and in good/great condition, just the usual minor stuff some people may complaint about but being in the industry in another area, Tybee Island, GA, we weren't going to complain. We plan on using this property again.

There were are many issues with the apartment. We noticed a wet spot outside the washer and dryer area when we first arrived. My wife thought that the floors were just cleaned. After doing our first load in the washer and dryer we saw that there was water leaking. Both balcony doors are locked, so we cannot enjoy the pleasant views from there. There is no trash can outside the home. The railing for the staircase is shaky and makes a vibrating sound when going up or down the stairs. One of the showers does not have a curtain or enclosure. The bathroom on the first floor has many drain flies. The sliding doors on the first floor leading outside to the patio cannot be locked from the inside, which leaves us feeling very insecure at all times of the day and night. None of these issues are things we would expect from a vacation spot and feel that we were misrepresented prior to our booking and stay. On a positive note, the above was sent as an email and before we knew it someone stopped by to address all the issues.

Communication just needs to be more forthcoming in preparation, but everything else was AMAZING! I would stay here again for sure. It was clean, very welcoming, well-thought out. The only thing I would change about the aesthetic is the shelving at the top of the stairs. Americans are bigger and clumsier than average and it's a little bit of a hazard if bumping into. Supplies were amazing! The kitchen had every dish we would need for cooking anything. The applicances were in great condition. The provide chairs and a cooler for the beach, which was a wonderful surprise! They should tell you that in their description. If they gave you noodles and an umbrella, it would be the whole package. We almost got those things for them, but didn't think of it until the last day when we ran out of time. We had enough supplies, towels, and blankets, all were very clean and of good quality. We felt extremely comfortable and happy in this home. The couch was also so very comfy. Thank you for providing us with such a thoughtful place to stay!
