Due to construction activities next door, we now offer a special discounted price to our guests until May 2027. During the Christmas season (12/12-07/01) there will be no construction activity at next door house.

This is a beautiful 2 story, 6,354 Ft2/581 M2, Mediterranean style villa with the interior having a modern, very open design with high ceilings and lots of glass providing breathtaking views overlooking the Caribbean Sea. From the moment you enter the home, the ocean views through the large glass doors and windows of the spacious Great Room, Dining area and Kitchen are spectacular.

There are two very large Master Bedroom Suites on the second floor, having a balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean. One of the Master suites has both a King and a Queen bed. In total, this villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 3 King size beds and 3 Queen size beds.

This villa is located in Aruba’s peaceful and tranquil, most prestigious residential community in Tierra del Sol, yet close to Aruba’s beautiful beaches, best restaurants, casinos, shopping areas and all that Aruba has to offer! It is also adjacent to the Troon managed Tierra del Sol 18-hole golf course designed by world renown golf architect, Robert Trent Jones II.

Very Large Outdoor Pool and Patio Area
Enjoy the healthful and pleasant benefits of the large saltwater pool and heated saltwater spa, while having an amazing view overlooking the ocean. This is one of the few villas in Aruba that does not use chlorine in its pool or spa. The spa has a big heater which heats the water much faster than most other spas. The pool/patio area includes outdoor lighting and a convenient outdoor half bathroom.
The outdoor area includes a spacious patio plus a separate gazebo and tropical garden with plenty of space for covered dining for 12 people and 12 lounge chairs.

Bedrooms:
This villa has two very large master suites on the second floor, with an outdoor balcony having a spectacular ocean view.

One Master Bedroom Suite includes a King size bed with a Consumer Reports top rated organic “Avocado” brand mattress, remote controlled A/C, bedroom TV, desk, personal safe and full ensuite bathroom with TV.

The second Master Bedroom Suite includes a King size bed, a Queen size bed, remote controlled A/C, TV, desk and full ensuite bathroom.

The First floor has three bedrooms.
One bedroom on the first floor is a large bedroom that includes a King size bed, remote controlled A/C, TV, personal safe and full ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has direct access to the pool patio and a great view of the ocean.

A second first-floor bedroom has a Queen size bed, remote controlled A/C, TV, personal safe, full ensuite bathroom and its own patio.

The third first-floor bedroom includes a Queen size bed, remote controlled A/C and TV.

Pros and cons

The Pros….. this is a beautiful property! It has a completely unobstructed view overlooking the golf course and onto the ocean. The house itself is gorgeous and immaculately clean. The pool area was wonderful and was cleaned twice during the week we were there. The Cons: this was our 6th time in Aruba. Every other place we’ve stayed in offered you a nice assortment of “start up” items…..maybe local coffee and snacks, shampoos, shower gels, etc ….this property offered NO extras, so we had to go and purchase everything except TP and Kleenex. I expected a nice basket of goodies, considering the caliber of this house. Secondly; we spent the first 2 full days with only slightly warm water. I reportedly this immediately and was met with an argument from the owner saying the hot water heater WAS working. All 10 of us had to take quick, cool showers because there wasn’t enough hot water for it to get warm enough for anybody. I was met with an ugly comment from the owner when he said “the water is never cold in Aruba”! This was completely unacceptable. The house manager finally came and checked to find that the hot water heater was barely set on 50%. Once he turned it up, the hot water worked as it should! This happened almost at the end of the 3rd day!! 5 “camping” chairs were supplied for 10 people to take to the beach; not beach chairs. I questioned this and he said he’d bring more, but never did. He told us to use the pool 😡 I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

Bday and Thanksgiving with Family in Aruba

The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the location, swimming pool, and overall environment. It was not far from all the places we desired to go. I would highly recommend this property. The property manager was excellent. No complaints at all.

Best Vacation Ever!!

What first struck us upon entering “This, One of a Kind, Amazing Aruba Beach House” was the stunning great room view of the Caribbean Sea and Tierra del Sol golf course. This house is HUGE and has two master bedroom suites, and plenty of space for our entire family! The amazing views can be seen throughout the house, and from the second floor balcony which connects the two master bedroom suites. We loved the bright Caribbean colors inside the house. The large pool and spa were actively used by our whole family. We especially enjoyed the lovely ambiance in the evening with the lighting of the pool, spa and gazebo. The wi-fi worked great everywhere in the house and on the pool patio. Marco of Aruba Local Rentals was really helpful, a pleasure to deal with, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. Best vacation ever at “This, One of a Kind, Amazing Aruba Beach House.” 5 Stars!!! We created so many wonderful memories here and look forward to coming back again next year.

This, One of a Kind, Amazing Aruba Beach House VRBO review

It was a true treat to stay at This, One of a Kind, Amazing, Aruba Beach House! Very clean and spacious, with a lot of natural lighting. Everything in the house seems new and we had no issues whatsoever with anything, so we could just focus on relaxing and having fun. This house has a tremendous location. The view of the Caribbean Sea is magical and instantly put us in the state of mind for pure relaxation. We really enjoyed our daily walks to Arashi beach. This breathtaking tropical beach home is adorned with beach accents throughout. Plenty of space with open floor plan, this home is very bright and welcoming. What we loved the most was spending time in the large saltwater pool and saltwater spa overlooking both the Caribbean Sea and the Tierra del Sol golf course. We give this property a 5-star++ rating and we hope we are fortunate enough to stay in this happy house again!
