Bodde der en natt. Veldig god service, familiedrevet hotell. Hjelpsomme og hyggelig folk. Ligger ca. 30 min kjøring rett linje sør for Verona.

This hotel smells bad
We were a couple traveling through Europe for 3 weeks, and stayed at this hotel for one night only. The price iwas good and the location was perfect for our drivingplan. The hotel had an ok standard and ok service. HOWEVER! Our room literally smelled like sewage It was explained to us, that the smell is due to sulphates in the water which is suppoed to be anti-aging and rejuvenating. We googled back and forth and could not find any sort of information that could prove that, and we had stayed at several different hotels in Italy without that smell. But even if it was right, the whole room, and especially the bathroom smelled awful. Washing your face was like sticking your head down a dirty toilet. As we were on a roadtrip, we washed some clothes in the sink, and they have not been worn since, as they smell. Even our hair after showering smelled. If you do not mind the smell, it is an OK hotel, but if you do.. this is not the place for you!

Business trip in July
Great location for business in Nogara. The weather was good so i made use if the pool area which was clean and tidy. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the wifi but this was reset and soon fixed the problem.

Terrible and superhot night without AC
Terrible night without AC and it was extremely hot! The windows could not be opened without dragging up a metal shield from floor and during night when it was unbearable, the staff was not there to help with AC. I told the staff in the morning but the person at the desk was semi-interested and did not even offer an apologize. The room smelled bad and the water even more. Location is just by the road which is quite noisy and there were no place to sit outside. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dear Customer,when she got to the room the air conditioning worked. As written on the information notes, if you open the bedroom or bathroom window, the air conditioning no longer works. If you had reported the problem immediately, our staff would have solved your problem. We ask our customers to contact us at the reception and not to do it themselves. The water is drinkable. The Hotel is located on a main road as shown in the photos. None of the rooms have a balcony, you always have to look and understand what you are booking. Complaining afterwards is wrong. Our staff does not have to apologize because it is always available to solve customer problems with education and professionalism. Just read the other comments.Good life.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Lucia and the owner's sons were amazing. The owners were not as friendly but the other staff made up for their cold demeanor.

family run hotel
stayed in this hotel for several weeks on business, very warm and friendly family run hotel, all the staff are very nice, the food in the restaurant is very good, the rooms are a little dated but are always very clean, overall a very relaxed and nice to place to stay

Business trip to Nogara?...perfect hotel!
Great family run hotel in Nogara. You will be met with a warm welcome and a smile when you check in at reception. It always feels like a very personal service. The bar area is clean and offers a nice range of beers and wines..and generally served with nuts or crisp selection. The rooms are basic but comfortable and offer free WiFi. The showers are hot and fresh towels left every day. For breakfast, there is a cold buffet or a simple hot breakfast, again always greeted with a smiling face.

Hyfsat i utkant av stan (om det inte är för varmt)
Rummet helt OK med en reservation; när vi var där var det ordentligt varmt och luftkonditioneringen orkade helt enkelt skapa en behaglig temperatur i rummet. Perfekt med parkering precis utanför hotellet och härligt med en pool (kostar inget extra men badmössa krävs, måste man köpa om man inte har någon). Frukosten imponerar inte, men restaurangen är utmärkt. Ligger i utkanten av stan och man får lite känsla av industriområde. Prisvärt om det inte är för varmt...

Very happy with the hotel. Excellent staff. Clean and comfortable room. One minor point: staff cleaning the room failed to spot a dirty cup every day. This was dirty when I arrived and remained so for the three nights of my stay. Otherwise, no problems.

Hotel bruttino ma confortevole
Hotel penalizzato dall'aspetto vecchiotto e dagli arredi che non saranno stati sobri nemmeno quando lo hanno ristrutturato, quindi bruttino. Per contro il personale è stato molto gentile e la camera come pure gli ambienti sono molto puliti. La colazione non mi è piaciuta tanto che il giorno dopo abbiamo deciso di farla fuori. Tutto sommato se non si bada troppo all'estetica lo consiglierei.

Room was spacious and well equipped, breakfast and evening meal well varied and presented. Swimming pool a nice extra for this size hotel however having to wear bathing cap a bit unwelcome.

Nogara Visit
I was spending 3 nights in the hotel. It is a convenient hotel in the area with very kind and helpfull staff, nice but small room. The only this is found disturbing is the very narrow walls. I could here everything happening in the nabouring room. Otherwise ok stay.
