«This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!»

«A great property at a reasonable price. Jeff is the best host, and the communication couldn't be better. Had a small issue with the coffee maker and it was resolved within a few hours. Reserve this property with confidence that you'll be in good hands. Excellent! Note...the location of the property can be a little confusing until you understand it. Not the host's fault...just is what it is. It's simple, but look at a map before you arrive and you'll understand.»

«This sweet little cottage was just perfect for our short stay in the Wiscasset-Edgecomb area. So clean and nicely situated - it was so comfortable and such a nice touch that it was not just "pet-friendly" but featured a dog bed and clean bowls for food and water for our pup as well! «Would have loved to have more time to stay at the property and enjoy the lake - it was beautiful! The house itself was fine - my friend described it as a giant shed. But there needs to be pillow protectors on the pillows - it sucks when you're a non-smoker, haven't brought your own pillows from home, put your head down late at night to finally go to sleep and get the stench of cigarette smoke. I don't believe anyone had been smoking inside but I do believe smokers had rented the property before ...

«Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. »

«Gorgeous and clean 3 bed, 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you’d need. Just over a mile from the harbor, but we found it to be an easy walk. The only downside is that we were surprised to learn that the lower level of the home was occupied for at least several nights of our stay which put a damper on family game nights as we felt we needed to be quiet. The door to the basement had a keyed lock on our side, but no deadbolt for us to control whether ...
