«Great location with the beach just outside. Many good restaurants close by. Good ac in the room. Many options for breakfast. Nice little beach bar. Easy to book boat trips, scooter rental etc. from the reception. Nice massage service. Beautiful common areas! »

«Like most hotelstaff in the PH, their initial default thought is to follow instructions from the management to you the letter. The staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. I stayed more than a week. The staff started to think outside the box and helped with many tricky things like finding a medical doctor when all clincs were closed. Management should throw a party for all of this wonderful staff. If you do, please contact me because I want to pay for part of that ...

«Utrolig fin opplevelse og overnatting hos Lio Villas Resort. Ligger litt utkanten av selve El Nido by, men veldig deilig hvis du har lyst å slappe av uten å høre byens sus og dus. Vi ble møtt av en veldig hyggelig resepsjonist (Jesh) som utøvde god kundeservice. Takk for at du gjorde hotellopplevelsen behagelig. Vi vil også rette oppmerksomhet til kjøkkensjefen, Chef Marlon. Fantastisk god adobo!! Anbefales!!

«We loved our stay - great staff, attentive and the complimentary shuttle was a nice touch. The only thing they should work on is the massage service. The AC was blasting, when you are butt naked getting a massage you want the room to be a nice temperature. Other than that, a 10 out of 10. We loved the geckos and their sounds!»

«We've stayed here with 2 kids for 4 nights. All-in-all an ok hotel located right next to the beach. This hotel is in my opinion spot-on for backpackers. First for the price, secondly for the vibe. If you like laid-back, non-pretentious accommodation, then this is the place to stay. There are several restaurants along side the hotel where you can get a nice meal and some beers.
Our room was on the 2nd floor just behind the reception and dining area. The room was large enough for a family of 4 ...

«We loved it here! Such a welcoming and helpful staff. The villas were always clean and tidy, and very well kept. The food was amazing, and we had a great and relaxing time. Since there was somewhat of a distance to town, the staff always helped us to call tricycles or vans, so we could go wherever.»

«Our trip to Lagen Island was amazing! My husband and I visited on a vacation, and I highly recommend you visit this place!
The location is dream-like, and every day, we were amazed to be in such a beautiful, serene, and relaxing environment. We loved that the resort was built with nature, so we always felt surrounded by the forest and the ocean.
