«We absolutely loved this condo!! Everything about this property was perfect- the location, the gorgeous beach (a rare commodity in The Keys), the beautiful grounds, and the awesome pool. «My husband, 16 yr son and I enjoyed a week long vacation in Marathon. Michael's condo was just perfect! The area is wonderful! This was our first visit to the Keys and they did not disappoint. «When we opened the door, the seashell mirror over the couch had fallen down. We alerted the proper folks and cleaned it up. No one ever contacted us about the mess. I did ask for an additional blanket and was told it was being worked but no one ever contacted us about it, or brought it. The unit was clean and comfortable. The views were very nice and we enjoyed walking on the docks. Porky’s mini-golf and restaurant is a must!»

«So my cousin and I annually take the boat down to Key Colony Beach (KCB), to fish (May 18th -25th). Let me begin that yes, we would rent this property again. The three rooms all had their own private bathroom. Master is on the 3rd floor with private balcony and the room is oversized. Washer is in the hallway, while the dryer is in the 2nd bedroom. A/C was cold, refrigerator was cold and the fridge had filtered water. Coffee machine is old school. Unfortunately, no Keurig. The living room and ...

«We had a wonderful stay! Debbie was very responsive with any questions that we had before the trip. The condo and property were great. The condo itself had everything we needed. It was stocked with all the kitchen utensils along with enough bath towels for everyone. They even provided some beach towels! It was clean and we loved the decor. The property ground was well kept. «We had a wonderful stay at Pelicans Perch! The condo is clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The views from the downstairs living room and upstairs master bedroom were to die for. The swimming pool was large and sparkling clean. It was down season so we were the only ones in it most of the time. The complex was very quiet and relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!»

«Vi hadde bestilt dette hotellet pga store rom med separat soverom og stue. Vi var to voksne og to barn, var der i fem netter. Ble veldig skuffet over hotellet når vi kom, rommet luktet ikke bra og det lå igjen håndkler i døråpningen til verandaen etter forrige gjest. Dessverre så har nok Irma gjort sitt der, så hotellet er nok ikke i sin vanlige stand. Tennisbanen var parkering. Er det et resort (måtte betalt resortfee) når det kun er rom og basseng?? Må si at personalet på hotellet gjorde ...
