We enjoyed our stay at Shangri-La throughly. Staffs are friendly and professional and the hotel is very clean. Swimming pool and its changing rooms are well maintained. Alva of horizon club lounge is the highlight of our stay. It’s nice to see her with a big smile in the morning and her attention to details is amazing.

Shangri-La is one of my favorite hotel chain in China. This one is just not the one I imagined. Very aged restaurant. Need FULL renovation very soon. The staff as club lounge didn't even noticed me. No one cared about me there. One thing I still like was the view from the club lounge. I had to go the the restaurant down stair as the food collection was not good at all. Even the food at the restaurant also was not satisfactory.

Good, clean and well-located
As usual, Shangri La is a safe option in China. Good: - Friendly staff, they don't all speak english but they'll find someone who does - Clean and well located - Good breakfast - Damn i love the lobby fragrance of Shangri Las Could be better: -King bed was two beds place next to each other. Was still comfy, but had a small gap in between beds - Not the newest rooms, but clean and spacious

Most of the Staff were quite bad to be honest, considering that it’s a ‘shangri-la’ hotel. I mean, seriously, they shouldn’t be working there, at a 3-star hotel maybe, but not there... Though, 1 staff was quite good and nice, Russian guy Arthur, commended!

Supreme river view & light view at night can be seen from river view room & especially horizon club lounge. We can see the junction point from the window that 3 great rivers crossed. Appreciated so much for very late check-out and anniversary special cocktail for our small anniversary named “memory of cherry” which club manager kindly made by himself. Wide swimming pool is very clean and comfortable than expected, strong Jacuzzi is recommended.  Hair salon provided us with delicate, high qualified treatment enjoying delicious tea tasting. We can see many pious employee pray in七塔寺, the architectures and attitudes are impressive, is close to visit within 15 minutes walking from this hotel. Immediately after entering Shangri-La’s lobby, we are wrapped in very good scent. We love their noble hospitality, globally served as usual, unceremoniously. Almost employee kindly tried to communicate with foreigner not only in English, but also Japanese. リバービューの部屋、殊にホライズンクラブから素晴らしい川の眺めや光の競演を眺望できます。3つの大河の交流地点を窓の直下に眺められます。 クラブラウンジのマネージャー自らお手製でサービスしてくださった特製カクテルやゆったりとしたレイトチェックアウトサービスに感謝を申し上げます。 ヘアサロンでは繊細で高品質な技術で、大変美味しい年代別の鉄観音茶の試飲も楽しませてくださいました。 想像以上に広く清潔なプール、ジャグジーもお奨めです。 ホテルから徒歩10分強の禅寺の七塔寺は敬虔な従業員さん迄もが頻繁に祈りをささげており、その姿勢や建築物が非常に印象的です。 シャングリラのロビーに入った途端に良い香りに包まれます。当たり前のようにさりげなくグローバルで提供されるシャングリラの気品あるホスピタリティが好きです。殆どのスタッフが外国人と対話しようとなさり、英語のみならず日本語でも親切に対応してくださいました。
