«The staff was good, the place was good, all the other things were good, but the Thalassery restaurant had fewer people in the staff; the staff member who was taking the order was the one who was preparing it. I think he might be getting a salary for waiter and chef both! Therefore, the wait for breakfast doubled; it took an hour for the order to come to the table. Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp.»

6.6 av 10, (7 anmeldelser)
«The rooms are clean and spacious.
Everything else is stretched : the staff and the amenities.
There is no view of the hills or any outside view. Just rooms
Amenities are just a tick in the box. All make shift. A store room has been converted into the Table tennis room. Similar for the pool and other activities.
The restaurant / cafe is too small. Gets overcrowded and cannot even walk inside .I paid around 14 k for a room per night. No value for the money I paid»
