The only slight complaint I might have in such a superb place is that the dinner in the 1902 restaurant was not up to the standards I had expected. But the restaurant is a wonder to behold, and makes up for it. Otherwise, I was very happy with the food. And: try the Egyptian wine. While no great wines, some of them are surprisingly drinkable.
