«Good and clean hotel but the train is noisy»

«The hotel owner, Ahmed, is a very nice and helpful person. We ended up in Villa Misk after our reservation for a nile cruise from Aswan To Luxor was canceled the night before. So I made a last-minute reservation at Villa Misk and called them right after. Ahmed was very warm and helpful over the phone. «We had a wonderful stay at Kato Dool Wellness Resort! The staff were very kind and accommodating — they even allowed us to check out late because our flight was delayed, which we truly appreciated. The view from the top of the mountain is absolutely amazing, especially at sunrise overlooking the Nile river. Since the resort is located uphill, we had to take a tuktuk to go up and down to the village. The ride can be a bit bumpy and dusty, which some people might not enjoy, but it didn’t bother ...

«From the first second we arrived we met very rude receptionist, when we ask him how much taxi will cost from airport to hotel we got rude ans that how would he know he never take taxi from airport. We were not allowed to ck in early although they had ready room but still we had to wait 1 hrs after our ck in time. Not 4star standard old tv box. No coffe or tea just herbal and you have to pay for coffee and tea sachets for 40 EGP each sachets, one you get free from any 4 star hotel. Found ...

«The property was outstanding! Very tranquil and lush. We enjoyed exploring every bit of the property. The hotel staff were all attentive and respectful. The hotel arranged a local guide, named Hamatto who was just excellent. He is an Egyptologist and gave us so much back story of ancient Egypt. We loved our tours with him!»
