«My wife called this home her favorite place we have stayed in a VRBO house! It really was a lovely home in a picturesque setting among the horses and duck pond! It was well appointed and was close enough to Lexington to be able to not feel like it was a real drive to get to town, yet far enough away to be peaceful and without the hustle and bustle of town. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this for a race weekend or as a place for a family going to a game…. Super fun!»

«This house is amazing! Very cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. We loved the area. The location worked well for the Lexington sites we wanted to see. Decorated for Christmas which we very much appreciated as our visit was early December. Also, Dawn is the perfect host. Very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this house and will stay here again when in the Lexington area. »

«We arrived super late the first night of our stay. There wasn’t anywhere else to stay or we would have left. The floor was literally about to fall in on half our room. We stayed in room 324 and there was so much movement in the floor at the second door to bathroom closest to HVAC unit in bathroom and bedroom that it had broke the tile threshold and all the grout out of the tiles in bathroom.
