«This was our 4th or 5th stay and the staff are always friendly helpful and efficient. Check in and check out is always easy. Rooms are always clean. »

«Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. »

«Check in was at 3pm. We waited in the bar with our suitcases until 4:30 because our room wasn't ready. Several others were also waiting in the bar. Why the bar? That's also the check-in/check-out. It's also the ONLY place to get ice. It's also where you get breakfast and coffee. Once in the room, the toilet lid was broken and kept falling off -we eventually just laid it on the floor. The shower gel bottle was completely empty. There was no ice bucket. The closet is a shared closet in the hallway ...

«The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has an amazing view of the river from the room. Will definitely stay here again!»

«Moderne og fint hotell. God løsning innredningsmessig med god plass til baggasje og to pulter i rommet (to sengs rom). Men bare stol til en av pultene(?). Kjøleskap, stor tv og kaffemaskin. Pent og moderne bad. Vi oppdaget imidlertid at hårføner manglet - litt kjedelig når du står der med vått hår etter en dusj. Gratis parkering. Beliggenheten er grei - enkelt å komme til med bil, og med gangbroen over til Cincinnati rett utenfor.»
