«The room was clean, the staff were incredible (helped find my roommates wedding ring that he took off when exercising the morning of departure and inadvertently left it in the bathroom), check in process was great and smooth. There are a few downsides: the Sportsbook is pathetic and shouldn’t even be called one. It is two rows of four flimsy leather chairs with small TVs that typically are playing re runs. Additionally, each year the spa has extremely limited options for massages and the food is ...

«The hotel is great and it is a short trip to Hammondsport and the Finger Lake area. The staff were great to the kids. And the breakfast was nice and full! The best coffee I've had in a Best Western hotel.»

«The hotel was very clean, large spacious rooms and friendly front desk staff. My one complaint is that the heat seemed to struggle to keep up in these freezing temperatures. It was 65 in our room when we arrived and we set it to 71… in the morning it was 69 so it didn’t really get to the temp we set it at. It wasn’t freezing in our room by any means… it just wasn’t as warm as we like it. Not a huge problem. Other than that, it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. »

«We had a very pleasant stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Niagara Falls. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the Falls and attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was well maintained and provided a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, a solid and enjoyable stay. We would consider staying here again.»
