We offer only king and queen size beds in all the rooms. The rooms on property are some of the largest rooms on Lundy's lane and Niagara falls. We are able to correct any issues with the sink when contacted as well during the stay

When this was reported to the desk in the morning the owner was called several times to ensure that the animal in question was safe and would be silent. The room was also attended to by the Assistant General Manager, once the owner was reached they were informed they were no longer welcome as they were in violation of the noise policy. When it comes to an animal in the room the safety of everyone is of the utmost importance.

If you would not mid calling the general managers office to discuss your experience. As the hotel has 3 elevators, lighting has been updated throughout the hotel and there is no record of these concerns on your reservation or with the hotel staff.

I will be reviewing the call log and protocols we have in place for noise disturbances so that on any future visits you will not experience the same.

When reviewing expedia and the DMF is on website, the fee is calculated in the taxes and fees of the booking. When booking the fees would have included in the final total displayed for your booking. As for the manager in question i will ensure that this forward to the hotel general managers office and that team member is spoken to on how to discuss the charge with guests. As that fee is included in the taxes and fees of the booking it is not discussed in at the check in.

Sorry to hear that you were disappointed Michelle and that you did not receive your initial request. Our staff is very good at accommodating our guests and making sure our guests are always informed of their options and if in the rare case like yours that they do not get what they requested. The king suite is an upgrade so I am not sure if that was not a good option for you or something that you declined. We are glad that you received the 2 queens beds and we hope to see you in the future with a better result. We have many new and exciting changes in the works.
