The hotel room had stains on the lamp, the walls and the sink was dirty. There was hairs on the doors and the washroom and did not look like it was cleaned. There was no clock (which all hotels always have in the room). I used the iron and the iron stained my linen pants pink, the iron already had a burnt stain which ruined my pants! Elevator was really slow and room looked out style and the Tub. Was a HUGE disappointed. Wifi doesn’t work properly. Was not worth the money. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Did not even have coffee/tea machine in the room.

Had no room For us, they changed the entire hotel also there was a 30 minute wait at the other hotel coz they rebooked us plus they charged me with more money. The wash basin in the washroom was not clogged. The jacuzzi was not working. Overall a bad experience

Our stay was excellent. We upgraded for view of the falls. It was a million dollar view. Well worth the price. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Parking price was a little high

This property is overlooking the falls, it is a great location near the horseshoe falls, right at the incline railway to the table rock. Others have mentioned that this location needs upgrades, sure that means its a dated hotel in appearances, however this hotel if all the upgrades were completed your looking at upwards of 500 a night. The bellman was very knowledgeable and helpful, the maintenance staff were friendly. They were doing a repair to 1 elevator and it was down temporarily. All staff would say hello and remember their guests. I feel like this hotel gets a bad review because carpets are old and the tv's are small. Sorry if your coming to Niagara to watch tv.. find somewhere else to go... i will say the "observation floor" the lights should turn down at night so you can get good photos. Otherwise you get just the reflections of the lights of the hallway.

The view from our 17th floor room was wonderful! However, The carpets were old and dated and looked very dirty throughout the whole hotel. They definitely need to be replaced. The pool area could have used some better cleanliness and upkeep. The beds were just okay and I’m so glad I brought my own pillow. The pillows seemed very used! Overall the room served its purpose. It wasn’t a bad stay but it was also nothing spectacular.

Must say I saw some negative reviews that gave me pause, but our experience was fabulous! The room was very clean and comfy. Linens were fresh and quite nice! The view was absolutely stunning. Area is very clean and walkable. Parking was plentiful and easy. Lots of dining options. Can’t wait to visit again!

I booked an interior room, which I had no idea it was on the first floor. So they put me on the second floor and when I checked into my room I could not hang up my clothes as there was no rod in the closet. They obviously did not have any hangers to hang it on as there was no rod. I had to lay down all my clothes on the bed. When I called the front desk, they upgraded me to the eighth floor. The carpet was sticky, and there was a rip on the curtain. the bathtub faucet was dripping water even though I closed it properly. I stayed for two nights and I asked them to clean my room. When I got back to my room, all my dirty towels were on the ground in the bathroom and my bed was not made. My garbage was not collected as well. I went up to two different floors to get ice and they were out of ice. So I had to go up to a higher floor to get some ice. I will never stay in that hotel ever again. I come to Niagara at least twice a month, but this is the last time I will ever stay in your hotel.

The hotel definitely needs some updating. Our tower room with two queen beds was simple, small bathroom with sink in the hallway, weird. Beds are ok, pillows tiny and sheets? I l mean either they need fitted sheets or proper size for the bed and duvet covers. Free coffee in the lobby, breakfast and dinner places close by. And of course the view was amazing. Parking $ 45 plus tax a night. Insane!!!!! For the price of the hotel they could really update it.

The experience was very bad. Extra charge for everything ! 40$ to have room in the hotel because the rent rooms in a others place next to the hotel, 60$ for the parking for the night… No air conditioner…

It was a terrible experience, I showed up at the hotel waited half an hour in line until I have a chance to check in, the clerk just told me they don’t have the fall view room I reserved and transfer me to hilton with same room type and same price. There is a reason why I booked that hotel in the first place, it is closer to the fall. For me this is a pure scam and disrespectful!

To begin with, check in took 30 minutes as their staffs were too slow. Secondly, all the 3 rooms that I booked smell very bad. Finally, this hotel isn't worth the money paid.
