Fantastisk utsikt mot Niagara Falls
Vi hadde 2 fine netter på Embassy Suites, Niagara Falls. Hotellet ligger rett ved taubanen som går de 30 meter ned til fossen. Men kommer ikke nærmere. Ved ankomst ble vi spurt om vi ville oppgradere til hjørne suite for "bare" 100CAD pr natt. Det angret vi ikke på. Fikk rom i 36 etg - rett over fosser. 2 roms med panoramautsikt. Rommet var rent, men det ble ikke vasket/fyllt på kaffe. Kaffe ordnet seg med dama i gangen. Frokost var ok. Ikke stort utvalg, men ok. Man må være der før 08.30. Etter det var det 10 meter kø for omelett. Personalet var meget vennlige og serviceminded. Vi spiste på restauranten på hotellet (The KEG) første kvelden. Dette kan anbefales. Men du må ha flaks for å få bord i første rekke mot fossen. Dette ble en "Honeymoon" med 25 års forsinkelse. Vi skal absolutt bo her hvis vi kommer tilbake. Kan sterkt anbefales.

Parking is a rip off. They should make it convenient for their guest when next door you can park at less than half of the price.

Maley front counter girl was really helpful. Very good service . Breakfast was the good part . Anyway they charge for parking if they add in hotel booking that will be easy .

We didn't like the fact that our room wasn't cleaned daily. Garbage wasn't changed inside our room and fresh towels weren't given during our stay.

Breakfast was included but for vegetarians there were no options (only bread butter). There was no smile while greeting people. Reception area people should be welcoming but that was not the case. Room was all good.

We booked a suite and it was the best decision for our mini vacation. Embassy suites is a vacation in itself. Our room was clean, beds were soft and crisp, towels were comfortable and the pool was well maintained. Staff were all very friendly, hospitable and willing and ready to communicate (with a smile). Our first interaction started with parking, we were greeted, guided and treated with such respect and kindness that it really just set the tone for our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze, breakfast was on point and the VIEW was unbelievable.

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy suites. The property was very large, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if visiting Niagara falls.

The FallsView rooms are worth the extra expense. The breakfast and free drinks were a plus. We were able to park at the casino for a very reasonable price. The parking at the hotel is outrageous. Each and every staff member was friendly and helpful. They are very well organized and efficient.

Our stay here was great. All of the staff were super helpful and there were plenty of staff members all over the place that were directing, answering questions, greeting, helping and making everything so easy and guess free. Being able to use the on site parking before check in was a bonus. Definitely would recommend the Embassy Suites for a hassle free stay.

Very disappointed. No water bottles, some lights not working, didn't know they don't clean rooms until you ask them, laundry machines require canadian quarters. However, no change machine! You get canadian dollars and ask for change! $70 for self parking, & $100 for valeť parking, free breakfast was mediocre at best!! Crowded as hell, , minimum choices!! I will not visit this facility again!!!

We loved our stay here, had amazing views of the falls from our room at the 23rd floor! Very close (walking distance) to the Incline Railway, Table Rock Centre, the edge or the falls, Casino and many restaurants! Had buffet breakfast every morning which was a nice bonus. Only thing was that check-in wasn't as smooth as we were expecting, we had to wait more than half an hour past check-in time as our room wasn't ready. Front desk and many of the staff appeared snobbish. I also want to confirm reviews that they would try and pitch you to a "better room" for a premium which we opted out of. Overall a great experience still and would come back.

Compared To Other Embassy Properties, This One Seems To Nickel & Dime You To Death !! The Afternoon Reception Limited You To ONE Drink, No Real Snacks To Speak Of, The Parking Fees Were Ridiculous !! Overall staying was very good. Parking staffs were very helpful and caring, check-in was so quick. Got the upgraded suites but not sure it was gain or loss in terms of falls view, because it was more IHOP view than falls view. Breakfast is always over crowded. Even I went during less crowd hour (6:45AM) as per management suggestion. They have very limited options for vegan in breakfast menu. A young lady Priya was very helpful throughout the breakfast, I appreciate her kindness. Experienced several times interruptions after initial hours of check-in, because their staff has miscommunication about my suite number. Their restaurant THE KEG is always crowded, hotel should workout to expand the area. Hair dryer was missing, little bit water cloging in bath tub because of unlevelled surface. Bathroom fixture was not smooth, brew machine in suite was very basic. Didn't get any respond from hotel's official email against a special request. Wouldn't deny to visit again.

The room with fallsview was worth it's money, we absolutely enjoyed it. The hotel overall and the room were really nice. However the windows were quite thin, you can hear the falls at all times and the thunderstorm during our stay was extremly loud. The view from the breakfast room was amazing but the breakfast itself was cold, bland and low quality.

The reception staff were a bit rude and unhelpful. Didn’t explain evening reception, breakfast or checkout time. Just hand us the card, didn’t even tell us the room number. Just said “here you go”. Luckily we knew about these since we been here before but they service was not good this time

Got in late on a Monday, the parking attendant gave two options valet only for a $100 a night or $55 a night for self parking but you have go to a parking lot 4-5 blocks away. In a in familiar location. Forcing us to pay $100 a night. He led us to believe we had to walk back to hotel when in fact there was a shuttle in parking to bring us back we didn’t find that out until the next day! This was the only sad part about this stay here! Used this technique to take us for our money! All other areas of our stay was great!

Hotel is good with the access to all the attractions, the Falls view is spectacular, the parking is expensive but hotel has self park with Shuttle access which is 3 block away.

The Property is 5 star. The only reason I didn't give a overall 5 star is because of the check-in process. If you arrive early you are given the upgrade your room to check in immediately speech $$ and you can check in now. If you don't upgrade your room it won't be ready until 4pm !! Also we did the offsite parking which was $37 a day. However at check out they put the $70 dollar upgraded parking on my bill and tried to convince me that was what I asked for. However after calling someone it was corrected. Don't get excited about the free drinks it is to a mixed punch. It appears be something just to get you up to the bar.

We booked a king suite with sofa bed with a view of both waterfalls. We picked this property because it was very close to the falls, but far away from the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill. We booked a room guaranteed to be at least on the 15th floor, and we were given one on the 17th! The view was beautiful, and we were able to see the fireworks very clearly. Upon check-in, there were two long lines due to their credit card machines being down. The receptionists were very kind and explained all the features and amenities of the hotel very clearly! Staff everywhere was so helpful! We took advantage of the complimentary refreshments at the evening reception (2 free drink tickets per room), enjoyed the chips and soft drinks for the children. The complinentary alcohol selection was not little at all. They pretty much offered everything from mixed drinks, to beer, to wine. There is limited seating, so it's best to arrive at the start to get a table. The complimentary breakfast was also great! Very busy but lots of space to sit (located at The Keg on the 9th floor). I recommend the made-to-order omelet station. The line goes very fast because the cooks take about 10 orders at a time. You can also get breakfast sausage and home fries at the same time at this station. The view at breakfast is beautiful! We also spent a lot of time at the swimming pool & hot tubs. The area was not very busy at all, very well mantained and updated. Open from 6am to midnight!

I was given a room at a lower level than I’d paid for. Had to change rooms to get view I’d paid for. Talked to others that hard same issue. Check in was chaotic. Parking was expensive and chaotic as pull up area small and so many pulling in at same time and instructions very vague. Restaurant - we waited 15 minutes after seated and no one came to serve water or drop off menu. No apologies when brought to their attention.
