Our stay was good just minor details. My family of 6 stayed in a double queen with a pull out sofa room. It was spacious. The carpets probably needed a little more cleaning. The outlets weren't properly done, could potentially be hazardous. They kinda loose as almost coming out of the wall. The shampoo holder fell off the shower wall in the middle of the night. We had an issue with the parking space. We got back from being out all day & there was no where to park.the staff all were very nice, professional & helpful. There is a 17 charge for parking per nihht. Other than that it was a good stay. Very close to the falls. About a 5/10 minute walk from everything which was awesome.

It was a great night. The location was fantastic and it was close to the entertainment. Very clean and the jacuzzi was very good!

I did not like the children being allowed to play hockey in the hallways in the early morning and late evening. Staff was aware as the cleaners had trouble getting by them. It disturbs other guests. Other than that I enjoyed our stay

It wasn't facilitate all needs like cooler is only one in between two floors and we were told to get charged for $142 and we got charged $196 on card

Was a great inn to stay that was walkable to all the attractions near the falls. The hotel can use a few upgrades, but was clean and the employees were very nice and helpful, I would definitely stay here again.

Very old building they put us in back second floor you turn on water it’s like crazy water pump noise Breakfast we paid @31.00 for buffet for two ver limited badly prepared eggs and sausage on the hotels near by breakfast is free very well prepared like Ramada hotel by the river If anyone stays in this make sure don’t eat breakfast in this place Over all don’t stay in this location

Nice walking distance to the falls and rainbow Bridge! Go over to Canada. And free parking!! Don't know why some places charge for parking? It's it just Greedy?

Great spot to be close to the action but just far enough to not get the noise. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was a little sparse for the money and the beds should be replaced sooner then later.

All staff was so friendly and talkative. The room was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed everything about our stay. It was so quiet we slept really good. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

I was lied by expedia that breakfast and parking are included. The property told me i have to pay extra for both of them.

We do apologize if there was any miscommunication in regards to Breakfast or Parking charges but when the reservation was booked online, email confirmation was sent out which transcripts everything, as well as hotel amenities are listed online on hotel website as well.But we do appreciate your feedback !

They are allowing kids to play around in the hallway, you could hear people passing by. There was also a man who suddenly trying to open our room at 7am during our 2nd day. We we reported it with the helpdesk, he does not seem to care. Probably it was of the customers who check in and got lost. If the door does not want to open why in the first place forcing it so uou could enter. The only good thing about the hotel is its nearby and walkable with the clifton hill pass, and Njagara falls.

Was a great place to stop by overall. Some things I feel like could be modernized/updated however it didn’t negatively affect the experience. All in all, I would come back and would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay.
