Very lovely B&B, kind staff and the area surrounded by a beautiful family farm with a playground on the premises. Only a couple issues... there is no included breakfast (does the name stand for Bed and Bath?) but I was able to purchase a couple eggs from their food stand which also had veggies and other homemade/homegrown products for sale. Other minor issue... the guest rooms share a bathroom so you may need to wait your turn. Despite these things, I did really enjoy my stay here. Thank you to the staff for a unique, clean, safe, relaxing and fun experience.

For a Bed AND BREAKFAST to serve no breakfast was disappointing. While they did reach out about check in they gave no instructions so when we got there we were very confused. The farm was very smelly, the room was hot, bed was on the floor, no blinds to allow you to sleep, you had to share a bathroom with three other rooms, the ceilings were so low it was hard to move about and do anything in the room, TV did not work. Rustic but not charming is what I would call this place.

Our bed look like someone just crawled out of it. Poor signage as to where the entrance was. Host did not respond for a while. I give them a pass because we got hung up and came in real late, but the bed should’ve at least been made

Working farm with rooms on second floor of farmhouse....shared bath with huge tub, full kitchen to share. Delightful charming and great fresh eggs and produce to bing home with farm animals to visit!

Host said no free breakfast whick was listed. I looked at my booking which stated free and showed it to host. Host reply was only one adult was booked and 1 additional breakfast charge is $20 for sausage, egg. Declined that offer. Also wanted $6 for an extra towel! Declined that also.

Loved it!
This was our second time here. We absolutely LOVE it. Romantic get away in the little A frame room. So cozy with the electric fireplace and owner is very polite. Clean with an affordable price. Highly recommended!

The property owner cancelled my reservation because the room I reserved was not available. The property owner communicated that the previous guests wanted to extend their stay.

We communicated the change in reservation as soon as we received the reservation - as this was a last minute reservation, the previous guest had already made arrangement earlier that day. We apologize for the inconvenience. Full refund was provided.

The room was an attic with limited head room. First problem was the room was full of stink bugs. Second problem it was not well ventilated, with no air conditioning. Third problem the cable TV did not work. Fourth problem the smoke detector started a low battery beep in the middle of the night. Final problem the property looked nothing like the photos on line. There was construction debris stacked around the property. Overall it was a bad experience and would not recommend this B&B to anyone.

We appreciate all our guests' feedback and continuously strive to provide excellent service. The Loft - the room rented by this guest is advertised as a third floor attic room with pictures showing the sloped ceiling and room layout. As we are still in the cold season, the AC in the room was not installed, but a fan was provided to the guest upon their request. It was unfortunate that we had an issue with the Verizon cable line in their room the night they stayed with us, but we contacted Verizon immediately to fix it since we just upgraded to the highest speed Internet available which is what caused the issue with the line. The bed and breakfast as listed is in a 10-acre farm property, so it is a farmhouse setting, so we do have the typical presence of farm insects, such as stink bugs, etc. The room was clean and all amenities tested before the arrival of each guest. If we were notified by the guest about any issue with the smoke alarm, we would have addressed it immediately. As it is, the guest decided to check out and told us about the issue at check-out (smoke alarm batteries do need replacement every so often). As a working farm, you will see or hear some of the animals and occasionally some of the equipment, although most of the farm work is done at the rear of the property. We agreed to fully refund the guest for their stay (done through their booking site). We have many happy guests staying with us repeatedly and we will continue to provide them with outstanding service.

The hosts were so accommodating with everything from real Argentinan coffee to farm fresh eggs for breakfast! My single complaint is that I didn't have more time. If you want a cosy little stay, this is it.
