2 Min to Sunday River-King Bed, Fireplace, Mudroom

Two minutes from the Sunday River base, and the evening's entertainment is already waiting at home: a vintage Golden Tee arcade game, and a cabinet of board games.. This end-unit Newry townhome sleeps eight and is built for groups who want the day on the mountain and the night in together.

Ski days start and end in the tiled mudroom, with room for skis, boots, and wet gear before anyone steps onto the floor. Past it, the open main level pulls everyone together. The gas fireplace anchors the living room, a card table sits ready for the next round, and the wraparound kitchen keeps the cook in the middle of things. The dining table seats the whole crew at once.

When the lifts close, slide open the glass doors to the private patio, big yard and the mountain shows through the trees. Kids and adults can drift between the arcade game, the board games and the living room.

Upstairs, three bedrooms sleep eight. The primary suite has a king bed and a private bath, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third has two sets of twin bunks, which kids love. A second full bath and laundry are on the same level, with a powder room downstairs.

It works year-round: a ski weekend, fall foliage, a summer golf trip, or a family vacation where game night is the main event.
